Where is my parcel?
- Before it ships
- Orders placed before 1pm PT are packed the same working day. You will get a tracking number when the carrier scans the parcel, not when the label is printed, so the first scan is real.
- After it ships
- Standard is 4-7 business days in the US. Express is two days. International parcels clear customs in the destination country and can sit for a day or two without moving.
- If something is wrong
- Reply to your confirmation email. It reaches a person, not a queue, and we answer inside a working day.
