What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens between the order and the doorstep.
Rates and speeds
Standard is free on orders over $150 and a flat $8 below that. It runs 4 to 7 business days within the US, tracked the whole way.
Express is $14 and arrives in two business days. Overnight is $32 and ships the same day when the order lands before 1pm PT.
International shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Duties are collected by the carrier on delivery, not by us.
When your parcel actually moves
Everything is packed by hand in Portland, usually the working morning after the order. We send tracking when the carrier scans the parcel rather than when the label is generated, so the first update you get is a real one.
Orders placed on a Friday afternoon leave Monday. We do not ship on weekends, and neither do the carriers we use.
Packaging
Soft goods ship in a recycled paper mailer. Outerwear and knitwear ship in a box with paper fill. There is no plastic in either, including the tape.
