Returns & exchanges
Thirty days, tags on, label in the box. No argument and no restocking fee.
The policy
Return anything unworn with the tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. The prepaid label is already in your box.
Refunds are issued the day we scan the parcel back in. Your bank usually takes another two to five days to show it.
Exchanges ship as soon as we scan your return, before the refund clears, so you are not waiting twice.
Final sale
Anything marked Final markdown is exactly that. It is the last of a colourway and it is not coming back, so we cannot exchange it for a size we no longer hold.
Repairs
Waxed cotton can be re-waxed and seams can be restitched. We do both at cost for as long as we are still making the piece. Email us with a photo and we will tell you whether it is worth doing.
